Refund&Return Policy

Refund policy

Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after the original purchase date .

The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and all labels must have no visible signs of wear. 

The swimsuit must be unworn and bear all labels and sanitary lining.

Items listed as " Final Sale / Clearance " or " Promotion " cannot be returned.

Fashion tape, bras, panties, panties, pies, earrings, masks, cosmetics and lingerie are always the final sale items and are not returnable.

Damage or loss of goods must be reported within 7 days after receiving the package .

After 30 days, we will not provide a refund under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us via [email protected] to let us know, we want to ensure that your buying experience remains original.

 

 

Refunds are overdue or lost (if applicable).

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. An official refund may take some time.

Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Return shipping fee: 

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges for non-defective items. All transportation costs are non-refundable. 

 

Promotion terms and conditions: 

Promotional items are listed as final sales. If the promotional item is deemed defective, we will only return the promotional item or refund. Promotional items will not be replaced. 

 

Rejected order:

If the customer or the shipping company rejects the package for any reason, the shipping fee will not be refunded. If your order gets free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost of the order from the refund of the order. 

 

Return

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after confirming the delivery , we will not be able to provide you with a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete the return of your package, we need an order confirmation, which will be sent to your email address after you successfully place the order.

Please do not send it back to the original address or mailing address. After submitting the return request via email, we will provide the mailing address for the return.

In this case, we will only partially refund (if applicable)

Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if you agree to a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or lost refund

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially announced. Contact your bank next. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is issued. If you have completed all of these, but still have not received a refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Product damage

If there are any problems, we will return or replace any damaged products. Please send an email to [email protected] within 30 days after receiving the item . After 30 days, we will not be able to return any items.

 

Substitute

If the received product has manufacturing defects, the buyer has the right to request a refund or replacement within 30 days after receiving the product . The buyer may be required to provide picture evidence of manufacturing defects by contacting [email protected]

Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny the refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned product. The shipping fee is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the arrival time of the products you exchange may vary.

If you are shipping more than $ 75 , you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
